
WALKING WITH THE WOUNDED
Established in 2010, Walking With the Wounded is a charitable organisation with a mission: to support veterans with physical, mental or social injuries to re-enter society and gain employment outside of the Armed Forces.
Fundraising events for Walking With The Wounded
These will be happening throughout 19th and 20th September, so keep an eye out for the exciting fundraisers going on throughout the weekend!
The Body and Face Place are offering 1940s style make-up and a nail file and paint to complete your look. This will help our charity at the same time for just £15 (£7 will be donated to Walking with the Wounded).
Enjoy complimentary tea with powdered milk at Morston Country Sports. Donations welcomed for Walking With The Wounded.
Quench your Thirst at Morston Country Serves, where tea will be served from the back of a vintage jeep, complete with powdered milk! The tea is free, but donations will be welcomed for WWTW.
Guess the Number of Sweets in the Handbag at The Tannery, 4-6 Bull Street, Holt. Put £1 in our Walking with the Wounded collecting box, and enter the draw to Win the Handbag and Sweets! The draw will be held at 4pm on Sunday 20th September 2015.
Buy a Walking with the Wounded Bracelet for £20 from The Tannery, 29 Bull Street. A donation from every bracelet sold is made to Walking with the Wounded.

Free Parking will be available at Greshams Parade Ground and Greshams Pre-Prep School, as marked on the map. This parking will be available on Saturday 19th September and Sunday 20th September only, from 1000hrs – 1700hrs (although visitors will be able to return and collect their cars after 1700hrs). The pupils of Greshams School and 1st Holt Scouts will be holding collecting buckets in these two car parks for the charity Walking with the Wounded - we would be extremely grateful if you could contribute to such a worthwhile charity.
